REFUND POLICY

At Income Blueprint Lab™, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products, tools, and educational programs.
Because our products are digital and accessible instantly, our refund rules are designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with international digital business standards.

1. Digital Product Refunds (Non-Refundable)

The following products are non-refundable due to immediate digital delivery:

  • Ebooks & PDFs

  • Templates

  • Checklists

  • Digital downloads

  • The 48H Challenge

  • Low-ticket courses

  • AI prompts and frameworks

  • Funnel templates

Once delivered, these products cannot be “returned,” therefore no refund can be issued.

2. Course & Program Refunds

Unless specifically stated otherwise on the sales page, all digital courses are non-refundable.

If a money-back guarantee exists, it will be clearly displayed on the checkout page.

If it is not stated → no refund applies.

3. Subscription Refunds

For subscription products:

  • You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle

  • Cancellations stop future charges only

  • Previous payments are non-refundable

  • Cancelation does not grant refunds for unused time

  • Access ends immediately upon cancellation (unless stated otherwise)

If your payment fails:

  • The system may retry automatically

  • Your access may be paused

  • Your subscription will resume once payment is successful

4. Payment Plan Refunds

For payment plans:

  • All payments must be completed as agreed

  • Payment plan installments are not refundable

  • Access may be revoked if payments fail

  • Payment plans are not a subscription and cannot be cancelled midway

  • Chargebacks or disputes without contacting support first will result in account termination

5. High-Ticket Coaching & Mentorship Programs

Coaching programs, consulting, and high-touch mentorship involve:

  • Personalized support

  • Business reviews

  • Direct communication

  • Custom guidance

Because of this, these programs are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in the sales contract.

Any refund guarantee (if available) will be stated clearly on the checkout page.

6. Duplicate Charges / Billing Errors

If you believe you were billed twice:

  • Contact support immediately

  • Duplicate charges will be refunded

  • Access will remain active

7. Unauthorized Purchases

Unauthorized purchases or fraudulent activity must be reported within 3 days.

We reserve the right to:

  • Request verification

  • Disable access

  • Reject claims if abuse is detected
